Upon acceptance of the set forth agreement, Simply World Class and SimplyWorldClass.com, herein referred to as SWC, will secure and confirm your travel arrangements as agreed. Only those who have accepted this agreement and affirmatively indicated their consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions may make a booking with SWC.

- Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made.
- Quotes in a foreign currency fluctuate with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign transaction fee.
- Simply World Class will make every effort to honor the price as quoted initially, however, under certain circumstances additional costs by a supplier or government may be imposed due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components.
- Flight confirmation is subject to availability and prices are subject to change after the date of deposit, including price increases in the fee for a seat assignment, fee for baggage, applicable fuel surcharges, or an increase in a government-imposed fee or tax.
- Passport copies are required to confirm international air reservations.
- Travel insurance waiver must be on file for all travelers declining insurance.
- Correct legal names that match the identification to be used for travel must be provided by the client to Simply World Class. Name changes are not permitted on airline tickets. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information on the Client Traveler Profile form. Simply World Class is not responsible for costs incurred by incorrect information supplied for travel planning including reservations and airline tickets
- Please check all attached information upon receipt and verify all information is correct, where applicable: 1) Correct Legal Names, 2) Dates, 3) Flight Times, 4) Car Rental, 5) Hotel Accommodations, 7) Travel Insurance, and 6) Make sure you know what penalties apply. Changes will incur a $25 per person change fee where applicable.
- Once purchased, US air transaction prices will not increase, except for potential charges resulting from government-imposed taxes or fees. I consent to pay for such charges and authorize Simply World Class to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.
- Certain suppliers reserve the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
- If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, or reversed, or Simply World Class is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract between myself and Simply World Class shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with the collection.
- Overnight shipping fees for documents shipped to client(s) from Simply World Class may be billed to client(s).
- Simply World Class offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Simply World Class does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, the customer agrees that Simply World Class acts only as an agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the client’s benefit, and on the express condition that Simply World Class shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.
- Cancellation Policy & Fee Agreement: When a reservation for Travel Services is canceled, this results in a financial cost to our agency arising from the loss of commission that would otherwise be available as compensation to our agency and our consultants for their time and expertise in advising on and booking travel arrangements on a customer’s behalf. This is known as Loss of Anticipated Revenue. In this regard, after initial payment for all travel types, should customers voluntarily request modifications to their vacation resulting in a cancellation of their booked trip, SWC will impose a trip cancellation fee of $100 per person with a maximum cancellation fee of $200.00 per booking. This fee will be in addition to any travel supplier penalties, if applicable. All cancellations MUST be notified in writing to SWC@simplyworldclass.com.
- I understand and accept for myself and the travelers included in my party SWC’s trip cancellation policy and fee agreement. I understand a cancellation fee of $100.00 per person not to exceed $200.00 per booking, will be charged at the time of cancellation to the credit card I authorize. I acknowledge and accept that these fees are in addition to any cancellation and/or change fee penalties that may be imposed by the travel supplier. I also understand that these fees are separate from the cost of my trip. I agree not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” to SWC for said cancellation fees.
- I understand that any travel supplier refunds or credits due to all travelers included in my party will be processed after SWC has collected their cancellation fee.
- I hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy. I have been advised of all applicable fees imposed by Simply World Class and the suppliers, plus all travelers included in my party have been offered the option of purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance. I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
- I have read and agree to Simply World Class' Terms & Conditions and understand and accept the Client's Responsibilities on behalf of myself and all travelers included in my party.
