Guests are responsible for completing accurate online registration forms and making timely monthly payments (if applicable) to avoid delays in processing, late fees and potential cancellations.

- ALL Guests who request a flexible payment schedule must keep up with the PAYMENT SCHEDULE. If you are late making any payments, you may be subject to late fees and/or be dropped from the Palm Trees & 80°!! Aruba 2K25 trip according to our Cancellation Policy.
- ALL deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable per supplier and hotel/resort contractual agreements for Palm Trees & 80°!! Aruba 2K25. It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED to purchase travel insurance with the option of trip interruption/cancellation for any unforeseen circumstances — BUT PLEASE NOTE — due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, procedures and protocols; certain restrictions may apply and/or may not be eligible for submitting a claim.
- ALL Guests sharing a room are responsible to ensure all roommates make their monthly payments on time to avoid late fees and/or potential cancellations. If a guest in your room cancels or is removed due to non-payment, your room’s occupancy and rate will be adjusted accordingly to reflect only the guests in your room that continue to make their payments on time.
- If a guest is dropped from a room for lack of an on-time payment (for their 2nd, 3rd, 4th or final payment), there will be a $25.00 reactivation fee to add the guest back to a room.
- Please make your payments according to the PAYMENT SCHEDULE provided to you by Simply World Class, but you can also make additional payments at any time towards your account.
- Any changes to your room (# of guests/occupancy, room category, etc.) MUST BE SUBMITTED via EMAIL ONLY to Kim Woodruff / Simply World Class at [email protected] to file in your travel account for accuracy and tracking purposes. If you are sharing a room, you MUST ALSO INCLUDE your roommates in the email for ALL changes made to the shared room. WE cannot and will not make any changes to your room over the phone, via text, social media portals including messengers -- you will not receive a reply or confirmation of receipt. We require a documentation history/trail for ALL changes made to your room.
- ALL changes and additions, including name changes, to a booked room must be done in writing via email to Simply World Class to file in your travel account for accuracy and tracking purposes, and must be completed before the final balance due date of April 05, 2025. No changes or additions, including name changes to a booked room will be accepted after the April 05, 2025 deadline date.
- All guest names on a booking for a shared room must be registered, submitted and paid in full by April 5th No name changes or additions can take place after this date.
