Any Bookings Made After 05/19/2024 Will Require 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 Only!

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 made towards your account will not be refunded to the client at any time, unless client has purchased travel insurance - in which, client must contact the travel insurance company to submit a claim for a refund. Otherwise, if travel insurance has been 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, the client will receive, where eligible, a supplier voucher which expires one (1) year from the purchase date. To allow us to provide quality service, this will be 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱.

𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆. We can do separate payment plans for every group member, if needed. A payment authorization form is required (per person) for monthly payments. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: If you fail to complete your payment authorization form, your deposit will not be made -- and your flight, hotel, transportation, travel insurance, events, and other add-on rates are subject to change until payment is received.

𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 to your room must be submitted via e-mail to Kim Woodruff/Simply World Class at SWC@simplyworldclass.com. If you have a roommate(s), 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 your roommate(s) in the email to make your change. 𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 over the phone, text or any social media platforms or messengers. For tracking purposes, there 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 documentation of all changes to your room in writing via e-mail format.

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧! 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝟰𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁. This is based per supplier's terms and conditions, and will be provided by Simply World Class during booking. If final payment is not received by the final payment due date, 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 any traveler from the trip. If a traveler is canceled due to non-payment, supplier and Simply World Class standard cancellation policies will apply.
