What is Simply World Class?
Simply World Class (SWC) is a personal, leisure group travel source designed for mature travelers looking to explore, escape, retreat, and experience beautiful destinations with no set schedule in mind. We offer unique travel experiences specializing in each destination being different from the next, with a chance in which to travel the world and enjoy it's cultures. Travel has no limit, knows no age -- there's a destination for everyone.
What are the demographics of the Simply World Class crowd?
Predominantly travel enthusiasts, urban professionals, jet-setters and trendsetters, ages 25 and up, from a variety of backgrounds sharing a common interest - a grown, classy and mature travel event for all alike. Travel has no limit, knows no age -- there's a destination for everyone.
How many people attend the Simply World Class?
Simply World Class expects to attract an average of 50-100+ guests with expectations to increase depending on the trips/getaways/vacation packages offered. Upon arrival at the host resort/city, additional guests may join us after hearing about our events. Each year we look forward to entertaining returning travelers and a host of new guests for the chosen annual destination.
How does Simply World Class compare to other annual events?
Simply World Class is a brand that speaks for itself. While many of the event’s features are party-oriented as other getaways, Simply World Class is not dependent on thousands of guests to make it a first-class getaway but rather an experience to travel the world and enjoy beautiful destinations, it's cultures, and take in what each destination has to offer.

Are Simply World Class events included in the travel packages?
All Simply World Class events are included if accommodations are purchased with Simply World Class unless otherwise noted. For the best value, purchase your accommodations with Simply World Class and gain access to all events.
If I stay at the host resort or book the host cruise ship, but have booked my own accommodations, will I be able to access all Simply World Class events on and off the host resort/cruise ship?
Yes. Simply World Class welcomes all guests staying at the host resort or aboard the host cruise ship to all SWC events, however, we will provide priority front-line, no wait access to Simply World Class guests first, Depending on the event, Simply World Class may also charge an admission fee for entry.
What if there are Simply World Class events held “at the host resort or aboard the host cruise ship”, but I’m staying at another location?
Since the host resort or cruise ship in most cases is all-inclusive, access is restricted to those guests staying at the host resort or aboard the cruise ship. If the occasion arises where we are able to network with other resorts or cruise ships within the area, we will work with the host resort to see if accommodations can be made to welcome non-guest participants interested in Simply World Class events.
Why should I stay at the host resort or book the host cruise ship?
The host resort or cruise ship will be the hub of all Simply World Class activity. No events will take place off the resort or cruise ship, therefore, staying at the host resort or aboard the host cruise ship allows for a more complete Simply World Class experience as you can mingle day and night with all Simply World Class guests and other host resort/cruise guests. Remember, since this in an all-inclusive resort or cruise ship, access is restricted to those guests staying at the resort or aboard the ship.
Do you have 3 night or 5, 6, 7 night packages available?
Extra nights and availability vary per event. If extra nights are available, details will be posted accordingly. View SWC Trips for more information.
I know air rates are subject to increase until purchased. If I need to purchase airfare, what options do I have and what are the current rates?
• Airfare can be purchased at the airport, via a travel agent, or ordered online. If you wish to purchase airfare
on your own, you may do so. Once you book your airfare, please forward a copy of your flight itinerary to
Simply World Class if you wish to purchase ground transfers to and from your destination.
• Airfare varies per event, and is available upon request and booked for Simply World Class by Worldwide Group
Travel & Events or Perfect Reflections Travel. Ticketed airfare may incur a service fee. Contact us for the best
available rates when you are ready to book.
How will I travel between the airport and the resort or cruise ship?
Roundtrip motorcoach transfers are included with the package for most Simply World Class trips unless otherwise noted. If not included, it will be listed on the event page as an "additional option".
Can I purchase group airfare?
Only if the event is listed as such, with a 10 person minimum traveling to/from the same major airport city on the same dates and times. Restrictions apply for cancellations and all group fare deposits are non-refundable if the group fare minimum requirement is not met.

If I don’t purchase my travel package with Simply World Class, will I be able to buy tickets for individual events and/or a party package in advance, once I arrive at the resort, board the cruise ship, and/or at event venues? What are the prices?
Individual tickets and party passes may or may not be available, depending upon the event, but you will receive the best value purchasing a travel package from Simply World Class. This travel package purchase, and your stay at the host resort or aboard the cruise ship, will grant you access to all Simply World Class events. All Simply World Class events will occur at the host resort or aboard the host cruise ship, and will be open to all guests including non-SWC guests . Since this is an all-inclusive resort/cruise ship, access is restricted to only those guests staying at the host resort or aboard the host cruise ship.
Is it cheaper to purchase a complete travel package from Simply World Class, or handle my own travel arrangements?
This is where you see the value of staying at the host resort/cruise ship, and booking through Simply World Class. Our total travel package rates are sure to be the best available, including all Simply World Class events.
Are there sponsorship opportunities available for this event?
