RESTRICTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY 📑
✈️ A valid PASSPORT is required for this travel event.
✈️ Guests are responsible for completing accurate online registration forms and making on-time monthly payments (if applicable) to avoid delays in processing, late fees and potential cancellations. Please register with your legal name and date of birth as exactly shown on your passport.
✈️ All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with the hotel and resorts during the Soul Beach Music Festival 2023 event.
✈️ Book early and reserve your space with the required, advertised per person deposit before prices increase. The initial deposit per guest(s) will secure your room at the listed rate. Rates are not guaranteed until deposit is received.
✈️ The payment schedule MUST be followed by all Guests, and deposit dates MUST be met monthly to secure your reservation and avoid cancellation and/or late fees. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to purchase travel insurance with the option of trip interruption/cancellation for any unforeseen circumstances -- BUT PLEASE NOTE -- certain restrictions, qualifications or eligibility may apply for submitting a claim.
✈️ Late payments will either incur a $50 late fee per person or constitute a full cancellation of all guests registered under a room booking. Any late fees applied to your reservation will not go towards or decrease your reservation balance.
✈️ All Guests sharing a room are responsible to ensure all roommates make their monthly payments on time to avoid late fees and/or potential cancellation. If a member in your room cancels or is removed for non-payment, your room’s occupancy and rate will be adjusted to reflect only the members in your room that continue to make their payments on time.
✈️ For cancellations which occur due to a decrease in occupancy to a room, any which fall below the initial occupancy will require payments to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guests added to the reservation will require to make all scheduled payments up to date.
✈️ If a guest is dropped from a room for lack of an on-time payment (for their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or final payment), there will be a $25 reactivation fee to add them back to a room.

✈️ Airfare is not included. Each guest is responsible for their own flight to Aruba (AUA - Queen Beatrix International Airport). Group airfare will be made available upon request ONLY for Soul Beach Music Festival 2023. Your group MUST INCLUDE 10-11 registrants traveling together on the same dates and times from the same major city airport. If the group falls under 10 travelers due to a cancellation or date/time/airport change, the remaining travelers will be responsible to split the cost of the fare for the dropped registrant(s).

✈️ Transfers are included with your hotel and resort packages. All guests upon arrival will be picked up at the airport by the hosted transportation company provided by Web Star Travel, and transported to their respective hotel or resort. Flexibility and exceptions will be made for early arrival/late departure date adjustments. Gratuities for the driver are not included and it is customary to tip the driver. Once you book your flights, contact Chandi Webster at Web Star Travel and provide your flight information (airline/flight numbers/dates/times).

✈️ Guests are responsible for completing accurate online registration forms and making on-time monthly payments (if applicable) to avoid delays in processing, late fees and potential cancellations. Please register with your legal name and date of birth as exactly shown on your passport.
✈️ All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with the hotel and resorts during the Soul Beach Music Festival 2023 event.
✈️ Book early and reserve your space with the required, advertised per person deposit before prices increase. The initial deposit per guest(s) will secure your room at the listed rate. Rates are not guaranteed until deposit is received.
✈️ The payment schedule MUST be followed by all Guests, and deposit dates MUST be met monthly to secure your reservation and avoid cancellation and/or late fees. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to purchase travel insurance with the option of trip interruption/cancellation for any unforeseen circumstances -- BUT PLEASE NOTE -- certain restrictions, qualifications or eligibility may apply for submitting a claim.
✈️ Late payments will either incur a $50 late fee per person or constitute a full cancellation of all guests registered under a room booking. Any late fees applied to your reservation will not go towards or decrease your reservation balance.
✈️ All Guests sharing a room are responsible to ensure all roommates make their monthly payments on time to avoid late fees and/or potential cancellation. If a member in your room cancels or is removed for non-payment, your room’s occupancy and rate will be adjusted to reflect only the members in your room that continue to make their payments on time.
✈️ For cancellations which occur due to a decrease in occupancy to a room, any which fall below the initial occupancy will require payments to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guests added to the reservation will require to make all scheduled payments up to date.
✈️ If a guest is dropped from a room for lack of an on-time payment (for their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or final payment), there will be a $25 reactivation fee to add them back to a room.
✈️ Make your payments according to the payment schedule provided to you by Web Star Travel, but you can also make payments towards your account at any time.
